ways to gather
A space to reconnect with yourself through joy, creativity, and meaningful connection
There comes a time, especially in midlife, when we begin to feel the quiet pull to return to ourselves.
To prioritize our well-being. To reconnect with what makes us feel alive. To create space for joy, not as a luxury… but as something essential.
The Radical Joy Project is a space for that return.
Through simple, intentional gatherings, we come back into our bodies, our creativity, and each other.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You simply need to feel the pull.
JOY IN MOTION
Remember what it felt like to move your body just because it felt good — not to burn calories, not to perform, not to optimize anything? Joy in Motion is that. A small group of women outdoors, moving freely together — walking, dancing, swinging, hula hooping — rediscovering what play actually feels like in a grown woman's body. No performance. No pressure. Just the radical act of letting yourself be silly, loose, and fully alive.
THE CREATIVE RESET
You don't need to be an artist for this. You just need to be willing to put something down on paper — or paint, or collage — without worrying whether it's good. The Creative Reset is a small gathering of women around a table, making things together, hands busy, conversation flowing, time disappearing.
Imagine a long table covered in white paper, transformed into one collective floral painting by the end of the evening — a beautiful concept developed by a creative genius in England that we've lovingly brought to life here. Nobody owns it. Everyone made it. And somehow, that's the most freeing creative experience most women have ever had.
full circle
This is not a workshop. There's no curriculum to follow, nothing to fix, and nothing to produce. You are not a project.
Full Circle is a small series of four real-life gatherings — the same women, the same room, four weeks in a row — because belonging doesn't happen in a single evening. It builds slowly, in the way all real things do.
Each session follows one of the four cornerstones of the Radical Joy Project — Community, Creativity, Self-Care, and Spirituality — not as topics to study, but as doorways to walk through together. No pressure. No performance. No shoulds. Just women showing up as they are, in a world that rarely gives them permission to do exactly that.
We need this more than ever. The real kind. In person. In the same room, breathing the same air.
By the end of four weeks, something shifts. Not because anyone told you what to think or who to be — but because you found, even briefly, a sanctuary to exhale. A safe place to pause, reset, and remember that you were never meant to do this alone.
You don’t need to be “good” at any of this. You don’t need to know where it’s leading. You simply need to begin.
If something here resonates, I’d love to stay connected and share upcoming
gatherings with you.
