Finding our tribe and having a supportive circle is critical to our well-being. We are social creatures and need to connect. The pandemic showed us this in a big way and it’s been a driving force for me ever since. We need to find a way back to each other. Full stop.

JOY

We are meant to live a life of joy. It isn’t a luxury, nor is it frivolous. It is fuel for our souls. It strengthens us and reminds us of what is still good and possible. And when we prioritize joy, we become a source of light for those around us. Simply put - joy is how we thrive in a challenging, tumultuous time.

Self-Care

It is the greatest act of love we can show ourselves. From mindfulness to movement, consistency to compassion, nurturing ourselves from the inside out is how we move closer and closer to the best versions of ourselves.

LIFE AROUND HERE THESE DAYS…

I am blessed to hang out with my best friend and hubbie, Clement, my 2 neurotic rescue cats, and my adult kiddos, Rylie and Thomas, when they’ll have me. Tucked in the rolling hills of Northern California, you’ll find me tending to my garden, popping ibuprofen (in that order), listening to groovin tunes in my studio as I smoosh paint, tear paper, and create art like my little heart depends on it - because it truly does.

When I’m not here doing all of that you can probably find me in my home away from home on Maui. I’m quite certain I came out of the womb in flip flops and a bathing suit! I’m at my happiest reading a good book by the water - ocean, waterfall, pond, or pool. It doesn’t matter which really. Next time you’re in Maui stop by and say hello. There’s plenty of room and the water’s perfect!

Life is amazing and messy, beautiful and chaotic, and it will break your heart wide open. And you know what? I wouldn’t have it any other way. XOXO
