My favorite soups
I’ve always been a big fan of soups. You can throw your favourite ingredients into a big pot and with minimal effort you’ve got a healthy meal for the next few days. It’s cost effective and nutritionaly dense. One of my non-negotiable for wellness is eating whole foods and cooking in bulk so that I always have something in the fridge that’s prepared and ready to go. Soups are the easiest ways to do this.
